My cursor is pointing at that arrow. If you press on it you will get the second screen shot which is a picture of your audio settings page. Check the boxes shown . You can set the speaker volume lever where you want. Make sure the use separate audio device is not checked if you are using your computer's speaker or have earphones plugged in.</span></div><div dir="auto"><span class="gmail_default" style="">Normally you want your mic volume at the same level and can check the box "automatically adjust microphone volume" , but can set it separately if you want. </span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="">Normal setting for suppress background noise is medium unless you are in an exceptionally</span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style=""> quiet place or a very noisy one. </span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="">Most important is that you check show in meeting option to enable "original" sound, which you will also see in a pull down menu in the upper left hand corner of the zoom screen when you are looking at zoom.
