Summer Services
Continuing our tradition of 10 years, we will have meetings for silent and spoken meditation this summer. They will be held on Sundays at 10:00 am in the vestry, from June 19th through September 4th. As we've done recently, a short reading will be placed on chairs. Those attending are welcome to ponder the reading. After 45 minutes, whether the meeting has been silent until then or not, conversation about the reading will be welcome. Please contact Peter Thoms with questions (223-2648, peter.thoms1@gmail.com).

Evensong
Traditionally Evensong takes place toward the end of the day and includes music, meaningful words, and silent contemplation. At our Evensong we also welcome all to join in relaxed and relaxing reflection on our individual thoughts, experiences, doubts, and beliefs.

The group will meet at UCM 6:30-8pm the following Mondays:

June 13 - Religious and Spiritual Experiences
July 25 - The Messiah, the Christ, the Buddha; The Divine Made Manifest
August 8 - The Community

UUA General Assembly Sunday Service Livestream, June 26
Have you wondered what happens at GA? This year's assembly, in Columbus, Ohio, is streaming their Sunday service and we will join them. Come to the vestry on Sunday, June 26 at 10:15 am. Janet and John Poeton will give us a brief introduction and then we will watch the service on our silver screen. We can light our own chalice and sing hymns with thousands of Unitarian Universalists from across the country. There will be child care in the nursery and older children are welcome to join us or bring a book or quiet activity. For more information, contact Kristin Glaser (223-2783 or kristinglaser@comcast.net).
