[Choir] snow rehearsal

Hello Choir,

I hope that your Christmas Day(s) were enjoyable. Thanks to all those who
made music at UCM on Sunday. I've heard from Nancy Schulz that "the folks
who put on the service did a great job."

We've been rehearsing with snow quite a few times already this winter but I
just looked at the liklihood of snow on Thursday and Weather Underground
states that there is a 91% chance of snow at 7 pm with 5 to 8" of snow
expected. I think that is a subtle suggestion that we NOT plan to rehearse
on that day!

So Thursday is out. The service on Sunday Jan. 1 is under the loving hand
of Sarah Hooker. It will be great fun and very interesting, but does not
require the choir to be there. There will be three rounds that Sarah has
chosen that will be taught and sung by everyone as part of the service.
Other features of the service include spoken words by Barbara Thompson and
Peter Thoms, and words into dance by MC Debilina Doyle. Hope to see you
there, but not as an Official Choir Person.
