Yes, dear choir friends, I wish I could join you!!  But I feel compelled to participate in the critical climate action, Break Free, in Albany on May 14th.  It was a very, very tough choice for me.

Also, I leave town again on May 18th for three more weeks on the Happiness Walk, this time in New Mexico, around Santa Fe and Albuquerque.  So I'll be gone till early June!

I will miss singing with you!

Dear Choir,


May 15, the date of Choir Sunday, is a fantastically busy date. I've really had to struggle to find string players for the orchestra (thank you, daughter Lissa) and singers for the choir (thank you, sister Susan, a soprano). Choir Sunday is turning out to be impossible for Bettie, Donia, and Ginny. We are all busy these days but I want you to know how significant your participation is, and how important the remaining rehearsals are: tonight, from 6:30-8, next Thursday, May 12 from 6:30-8:30, and Saturday, May 14 from 1 to 4.


Life is busy, but lets make music together!
