I was wondering the same thing and plan to wear black pants or skirt and white top.  I do not believe that wild colors will be appropriate at this event.MaryAlice

I will wear a tie, but I think that the service being in mid-summer there will not be the expectation that all men will wear ties, or that all women will dress formally. I leave it up to each person's sense of what is right for them - and for a respectful choir "look."

Please arrive at church at 11:30 am tomorrow to rehearse "These Green Mountains" and "Simple Gifts." Many of you know the arrangement of "These Green Mountains." The arrangement of "Simple Gifts" is by Aaron Copland and while relatively simple, it is NOT something that has been done at UCM since I've been here, so please make sure you arrive on time so that we can rehearse enough to make you feel totally comfortable.
