[Choir] Summer Vespers Services

I'd like to do this, Dave.  (Conveniently, those are the same dates that Ginny is not holding the Tuesday evening meditation class I'm taking with her, so that works out well!)

You may have seen the announcement of the summer UCM opportunities inserted in last Sunday's bulletin. Among the offerings is a series of 7:00 pm Vesper services on the Tuesdays of June 20, July18 and August 15. The Music Committee met this evening to discuss its input to these services. One idea is to provide some choral offerings in the form of a quartet or small ensemble. We are looking for choir members who might enjoy presenting some relatively easy pieces for these Vesper services.

 

The first is coming up soon, so we need to know who might be interested for that one. It is not necessary to commit to all three services.The thought is we might gather an hour before each service to go through the piece chosen for that day.

 

If this is something that might interest you - all three or only one or two -- let me know so we can plan ahead.
