[Choir] reminder gathering this Thursday 5pm

Happy New Year!
This is a reminder about our gathering before choir this Thursday.
>From the earlier email:   this is an opportunity to socialize as well as to
hear everyone's thoughts and feedback on how the choir's participation went
in the 2 services, so that we can determine how best to move forward.  Time
and place:   Thursday Jan 3rd at 5:00, before rehearsal, in the Children's
Chapel.
We'll start with a very informal potluck at 5 then start sharing our
thoughts and feedback around 5:30.  Please bring finger foods only that
don't require heating and messy serving, as this will all be in the
Children's Chapel!  Definitely no soups and stews!
Please reflect before then on how you felt the plan for the fall went.
 Namely:   the choir has been singing at the first service on the first
Sunday of the month, and the 2nd service all other Sundays.
How did you feel this worked for you personally, for the choir, and for the
congregation?  What seems best going forward?
If you have any other thoughts that you would like the choir as a whole to
address or talk about, bring those as well.  We probably won't have time to
get into other topics this Thursday, but we want to at least hear what
other topics people might want addressed in the future.
