[Choir] Nov. and Dec schedule at UCM

Good morning, all,

Thanks to those who were able to sing at Betty Davis' memorial service
yesterday. As always at memorial services, one learns much about a person
and their family. It both makes one wish that you knew them better when
they were still alive, but also appreciative that their time with family
and close friends is unique.

I invite you to get out your calendars as you read the rest of this message
as it details choir rehearsals and services through the end of the year.

- there'll be no Thursday rehearsal this week
- there'll be no choir on the one 11:00 am To Say Their Names service next
Sunday. The Hospice choir will sing.
- on Dec. 2 the choir sings at the 9 am service
- community carol sing is on Dec. 9 at 6:30 pm
- there is only one service on Christmas Eve this year - at 6:30 pm
- there will be no Thursday rehearsal on Thursday, Dec. 27
- there is only one service on Dec. 30 - at 11:00; the service is
"lay-led"; the choir's requested participation is not known at this point,
but it will almost certainly be voluntary
- we will resume regular rehearsals and services on Jan. 3
