Subject: [Choir] Vespers

Hi all,We have a vespers service coming up next week.  Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 7:00.  I could use some assistance in planning and presenting the service, so I cast my net wide.  If you’d like to assist in any way - even just a hymn selection or poem to read - reply to this message.  The service runs roughly 30-40 minutes and features a few readings, poetry, a few musical pieces - usually a hymn or two - and some meditations.  It would be cool to have a few choir members either sing a hymn together or lead whomever is there in hymns.
I’ll need to know pretty quickly if we have someone to play piano.  Lindsay, you have done this in previous years.  Others have have played as well.  
I think we can plan most of this via email and maybe an organizing meeting before the service (6:00pm?).
There will be another vespers service August 20 at 7:00 as well.
