Dick,
Thanks for sharing the kudos! For me, listening to the music does not have
the *thrill* of being *in* the music. You have given us a wonderful
experience.
You have taken all comers to the choir and patiently and systematically
whipped us into shape.
We are so extremely fortunate to have you as our beloved leader!
