[Choir] Choir forums regarding Interim Director of Music Hiring Process

Dear UCM Choir members,

I have been thinking of you these past several weeks knowing of health
challenges you are facing, time outdoors you are enjoying, family members
you are celebrating with and crying with, losses you are grieving, and the
music and singing you have been missing.

Over the last several weeks, the Interim Music Director Hiring Committee
has been meeting and moving forward with the process of identifying a staff
person to join our congregation in leading our music program this coming
year. The Hiring Committee includes: me, Beth Damon, Kate Plummer, and
Lindsay Wade. Eliza Thomas and Liza Earle-Centers have also been
participating, as have members of the Executive Team.

I wanted to connect with you, members of the Choir, directly by offering a
time in the coming week or so to answer any questions you might have about
this process and hear your thoughts, concerns, and feedback.

I will be holding the following three dates and times to meet over Zoom
with any of you who wish to join me: Thursday, August 13, 7:30-8:30PM;
Monday, August 17, 10-11AM; and Wednesday, August 19, 1-2PM.
