Hi again, everyone,

I have started working on a modified order of service this morning. You can
follow along here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wabQutDtp38hc-55fR7b9dlvpoFPlQFWmTc1GCd-chc/edit?usp=sharing

Some key points...

For the hymns, I think we'll want the choir to sing these. This would
include: Gathering Song, Opening Hymn, Spirit of Life, and Closing Hymn.
People can sing along from wherever they are.

If the choir members are comfortable with it, I think it would make sense
to have them seated in chairs on the chancel rather than down in the pews.

Eliza - I'm still planning on having you play a Prelude and Postlude.

We had a Planting Hope testimonial scheduled and it sounds like this will
still happen with a few youth from the congregation sharing. I'm in touch
with them separately.

Margot - I'm not sure that at this point it's necessary for you to
participate, though I still welcome you to. Because it's such a different
format, I think it makes sense for me to do the Welcome. I will also need
to come up with some alternate words for the Offering and may not be able
to get that to you with enough time to review before tomorrow. Please give
me a call if you see this so we can touch base, 802-829-7420.

Thanks for rolling with this everyone! (And who knows, next Sunday may be
something entirely different!)
