[Choir] thinking of you

Good morning! I hope you all are well.
We're not in a service at UCM right now, but I'm thinking of you and am
investigating a couple of ways that we might be convey music to those at
UCM.
I asked and received permission from the extraordinary English vocal group
VOCES8 to use their YouTube recordings for services at UCM. Here's their
performance of Jake Runestad's "Let My Love Be Heard"
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhXA4BqdDJA> which I will recommend to
Joan be included in an upcoming Sunday service. They don't sound quite like
you, but they're pretty good (!) - and I think it would be good to play
"Let My Love Be Heard" for any number of important reasons.
The other choir experience that I'm working on is figuring out how we might
be able to actually sing together on Zoom. Zoom is "the leader in modern
enterprise video communications, with an easy, reliable cloud platform for
video and audio conferencing, chat, and webinars." Audio conferencing -
what they really mean is singing in the choir!
Setting Up: Zoom Virtual Choir <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STXzs5qnPwg>
is an 11'15" video on YouTube that shows how we might be able to make
music together.
More to come!
Be well,
Dick
