[Choir] We have an Xmas eve plan! Reminder 6:15 Thursday rehearsal

Hello!

Here we go:
Good things happen to those who wait--I think this is a really good plan!!

But first--reminder to be in vestry *ready to start rehearsing by 6:15*
tomorrow.  We will be recording (Gabi, Gabi) so dress accordingly.

Dec 9th: 6:15-8:15 rehearsal in Vestry and record Gabi, Gabi.

Dec 16th:  6:15-8:15 rehearsal in Vestry

Sunday Dec 19th:  12:00-2:00 pm  Rehearse in Vestry, then record in
Sanctuary:  "The Work of Christmas" and "O Holy Night "   Some protocols
re: singing in sanctuary still tbd.

Thursday Dec 23rd:   6:30-7:30 pm Vestry decorating party:  all choir
members welcome!.
7:30 pm. Outdoor All Church Carol Sing.  Choir members VERY welcome!

Friday Dec 24th:  6:30  Zoom service.   *Choir sings carols throughout
service live from the vestry.  You will also have a large screen on which
to watch the rest of the service.   5:30 arrival for a tech rehearsal.*

****Choir members (as well as tech crew) will be able to have non-choir
loved ones in the sanctuary for the service.  There will be a cap on the
total.  Further details on this will be forthcoming.*

We will also probably need a crew to help pre-decorating preparations in
the vestry--moving furniture and general tidying up.  We'll work out that
timing separately.
