Donia,
I also would like to attend the “Committee of Chairs” on Tuesday.
I was also wondering if you had a music committee, or if you wanted one.
Can you send the Invitation to Steve and me?
Thanks.
Tom

One of the main jobs of a music committee is to provide support to the Music Director. And given Donia's "acting" status and the hard work she has been doing enabling "live on tape" presentations by the choir and all the other difficulties given COVID etc, I would urge the music committee be re-created.

We will be using 4 powerful air filtration units which will give us more than enough of the recommended air changes without opening any windows, and following all of our other protocols. This is the first time a group this size has been allowed to meet in the church (singing, no less!) and I'll be clarifying any other general building protocols, as well as set-up needs, etc, and let you know beforehand.

We don't currently have an active music committee, but we could use someone to represent music/the choir at this meeting. I will be going but late as I have another long-standing obligation beforehand. The meeting will be on zoom, and some might find it interesting to attend as it will include updates from groups like the covid task force, air quality project, tech team, etc. Might anyone be willing/interested to represent us there? Let me know, or if you have any questions.
