[Choir] Details about Rehearsal Thursday in the vestry

Hi!

I'm so excited to be with you in the vestry this week!  6:00-6:20 for
optional vocal exercises (sopranos I highly recommend you attend to warm
you up for the high parts in Lacrimosa!).  Rehearsal at 6:30.  We will be
filming the Lacrimosa.

A few things we will have to keep in mind:
-Rather than using our single page sign-in sheet, each person should sign
in on the general church sheet located in the School St entryway before
coming in.  I'll have a few extra clipboards there to make that easier.  I
re-emphasize the importance of NOT coming to rehearsal if you have had a
close contact with a covid-positive person, or are showing any symptoms.  I
know and fear this may make for some really hard choices, especially if we
are filming something, but we need to be vigilant.
-When we take breaks, we need to take care not to congregate too closely in
the Fireplace room or any other area of the church.
-The fireplace bathroom is not available for use--only use the other 2.
That said, try to minimize bathroom use in general and, in the old
pre-school room, be sure to turn on the fan and close the toilet lid before
flushing.
-Please keep in mind that we don't have as frequent cleaning as we used to
have--so do what you can to minimize our impact.  Specifically, don't use
any of the kitchen ware--glasses, mugs, etc.

I'm planning to de-clutter and possibly beautify the vestry for any
filming, and may need some help on that.  I'm thinking Thursday morning
around 9.  Let me know if you might be willing/interested to help with this.

*HYMN RECORDING SESSION SATURDAY 12-2!   *
I don't have a list yet but will send it on when I do.  We will also likely
spend a little time on the Hamilton during this session.
