Hi everyone,
Thanks for a great rehearsal/recording session last night!
Here is the final list for tomorrow's hymn recording. *12-2 Saturday at
the Grange.* We may not get to all of them--the ones towards the
beginning of the list are must do's. The later ones we will do as time
allows (those are ones for use in December or late November).
#83 Winds be still
#120. Turn back
#163. For the earth
#1014 (teal) Standing on the side of love (now "Answering the call of love")
#67. We sing now together
#29 Joyful
#1050. Jazz Alleluia
#318 We would be one
And here are links for the new pieces:
A HS choir performance of the Hamilton piece:

and a professional one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGK3HAADa5o
Think about if you would like to do any of the solo/speaking parts, and let
me know. We can be a little creative with how we do things, for example
you might notice in the HS choir recording they folded in one of the rap
style speaking lines with a short tenor solo.
Here is the Lacrymosa from Mozart's requiem:

Hope to see many of you tomorrow! Bring your hymn books! I will have some
extras if you don't have them.
