[Choir] sectionals update and vocal exercises link

Hello!

Well, a good portion of people are not able to make sectionals on Saturday
morning, so I will have a short paper survey for people to fill out with a
few other time options at rehearsal on Thursday.

Also, I realize I never sent the link to what I think are some good
exercises for aging voices, along with some good explanations. Here ya go:
