Thanks for inviting me if I am still welcome!  I know that road and it is much easier to just come up Berlin St. and Paine Turnpike.  I already have a chair in my trunk and my seated walker for me to use.  I can bring Fran

In answer to your question about why this is a 4 hr meeting:     It is, first of all, a party, and we know people don't often come on time to parties, and we don't want anyone to feel rushed.  The second part of the gathering is a more organized choir gathering, with singing, some fun activities and maybe some talking.  The whole thing will very possibly not go the full four hours, might be closer to 3, but we wanted to leave wiggle room, and didn't want people to feel they had to rush out after the organized part, in case they were enjoying talking with people.   So it's a loose 4 hours.

Brenda and Phil have graciously volunteered their home for our gathering.  Directions are attached below. Brenda and Phil have each given their version (depending on whether you are right-brained or left-brained - [joke]).  

The date is September 10

The time is 1:00 to 5:00 pm

Please plan to self-test that morning 

We'll have a pot-luck lunch followed by singing.

If you have a folding chair would you pop it in the car in case we need more seating, please?

You may also want to bring a sweater or jacket depending on the weather.  We can only hope for cooler weather by then!

If each person would reply-all to this message when you decide what you will bring it will help others to make their choice.
