[Choir] Choir pre-season gathering

Kathleen et al., any type of food would be helpful.  People will, for the most part, have to eat with plates in their laps or in shifts at the tables.  I agree that it is hard to wrap our heads/bodies around this incredible shift in the weather! Brenda Bean

I plan to come, with some kind of food. 

Hot or cold? Finger food or plate and fork fare? Any of the above? Coming out of this summer's heat waves, I'm trying to visualize what to eat on a cool September afternoon....

Brenda and Phil have graciously volunteered their home for our gathering.  Directions are attached below. Brenda and Phil have each given their version (depending on whether you are right-brained or left-brained - [joke]).  

The date is September 10

The time is 1:00 to 5:00 pm

Please plan to self-test that morning 

 

We'll have a pot-luck lunch followed by singing.

If you have a folding chair would you pop it in the car in case we need more seating, please?

You may also want to bring a sweater or jacket depending on the weather.  We can only hope for cooler weather by then!

 

If each person would reply-all to this message when you decide what you will bring it will help others to make their choice.
