[Choir] rehearsal SATURDAY, meeting tonight

  Hello!

Yahoo! We are out of the deep red, covid-wise!   *We will rehearse
in-person on Saturday, in the Sanctuary, from 1-2:30!*

I invite people to arrive at least 10 min early in order to get and fit one
of the new masks, clean out your folder of old music, etc so we can start
right at 1:00.  Remember to sign in in the foyer.

*Well-fitting N95, KN95, or KF94 masks are required* until we are well out
of this situation.  I have some N95 masks which are very roomy, breathable,
well-sealed without digging into your face, and comfortable to sing in
which anyone is welcome to, or you can use your own.  The black ones I have
distributed before (they are Canadian versions of KF94's) are ok as long as
you fit them tightly over your nose and they don't sag at all, but the
others are better.  No cloth masks

We will record (audio only) Spirit of Life, and work on Whole Wide World,
Ave Verum and start Give Us Hope.

Note that I have scheduled a hymn recording session on Saturday Feb 17th.

*TONIGHT*
We will have an optional conversation on zoom to discuss the purview of a
music committee, and what being part of it might mean (generally,
supporting music and specifically the choir at UCM, but what does that
actually mean?).  We will also form a sub-group of people who are
particularly interested in planning for Music Sunday.  We won't get into
any detail tonight--this is just exploratory--planning for planning!  This
is at 6:30 and will last an hour at the very most.  Here is the zoom info:
