Hello Choir: I am sorry I was not able to make rehearsal, but this 83
year old body said "not tonight, dear. I don't have the energy". Just one
of the things I get used to as I get older. Yesterday was full and I find
often the next day is a down day. I am writing to remind you and I would
have mentioned it tonight had I been there of the special congregational
meeting immediately following the service this Sunday at 11AM to consider
an allocation for the air quality project and an endorsement and adoption
of the 8th Principle, to be appended to our (meaning the UUA) existing
seven. Both are very very important, one to the physical health of our
building and thus to us congregants, and the other to the articulation of
our Unitarian Universalist faith. Both have received a lot of publicity
within the congregation including on our FB page as well as individual
emails and postcards and I will not repeat any of that here. I just pray
and hope you will find your way clear to attend the meeting and vote to
support both motions.
Blessings,
