[Choir] rehearsal Thursday and hymn recording Saturday

Hi everyone!

It's great to be back -- I am looking forward to rehearsing with you this
Thursday, 6:30-8!  In the sanctuary.
Originally I had talked about recording Whole Wide World this Thursday, but
I think we can wait on that until the following week.  So we'll work on the
3 pieces we have going, in anticipation of recording all of them soon.

Also, we will have a hymn recording session on Saturday from 1-2:30 (at the
latest).  I hope that many of you can make it.  Tentatively we will be
recording:
--When our heart is in a Holy Place.  #1008 Teal.. Steve sent me some
harmony parts written by the composer.  I am attaching that if anyone feels
they want to learn them.  We might also spend a little time going over them
on Saturday.
--One More Step.  #168 grey
--We are not our own. #317 grey
---Find our way home--I am including a link to the original video I made of
this that you could sing along to.  The run through starts at 2:50.  The
beginning is all teaching . Also attached is the music.  Top part will be
everyone at first, then tenor/bass.  Middle will be altos, 3rd will be
sopranos.  If anyone wants to add in any of the harmonies on the second
page you are welcome.

By the way, construction is beginning this week on the AQP!  So there will
be some happy mess at the church, particularly in the vestry.
And, cases are going way down.  As they continue to go down (presuming they
do) we will start being able to relax some of our protocols a bit at a time
to make rehearsals more enjoyable. All good news!

See you Thursday!  Please let me know if you want to join on zoom rather
than in person.  I will set up a computer for zoom, but only if someone
requests it.
