Hi all!

Two things:
First, This link to order free tests from the state is now live!!! It
was quite easy to do! At first it didn't seem to allow me to go forward
and place the order but I just clicked in another area of the order form
and everything worked.
https://sayyescovidhometest.org/
We don't know how the coming weeks are going to play out, but if covid is
still going strong AND we all have access to tests we might be able to use
that as a way to keep singing in person, so I encourage you all to order
tests for yourself (apart from all of the other reasons you might want
them.)

Second, given the ongoing virulence of the virus with no sure end in sight,
and the evidence that vaccination significantly reduces spread, the
Executive Team has approved a vaccination requirement for the choir for ALL
in-person singing, with a testing option. You must be fully vaccinated
(meaning completed the full vaccination course and boosted as
appropriate.) Or, if you are not fully vaccinated, show evidence of a
rapid test done on the day of rehearsal. This is not intended to be a
permanent policy, but will be reevaluated regularly as to whether it is
still necessary.

Anyone who recorded for the Christmas Eve service has already shown me or
sent me a picture of your vaccination card. If you have not, please do so
in anticipation of returning to in-person singing. If you are not fully
vaccinated, please be in touch about the testing prior to any in-person
meetings we have. Everything will remain confidential.

Thanks, everyone! I'll send out the zoom link for tomorrow's rehearsal in
the morning.
