[Choir] a small request

Hello,
I have a small request regarding the music that we have finished with.
Please do the following:
1. Erase anything that has been handwritten in the music.
       Every director has their own take on how it should be sung;
dynamics,
       etc.  These old notes can make it very confusing for subsequent
       performances.
2. Flatten out any corners you have bent to make page-turning easier.
3. Ensure that all the pages of each piece are together in order and
paper-clip each individual piece together.

I am going through literally hundreds of pages of music which are in no
order at all-this can be frustrating.

When you have finished with a piece of music, there will be a file box with
a folder in it for each piece.  Please put the music away accordingly. I’m
sure Donia can provide us with paper clips.
