[Choir] Thank you and schedule

Thanks to all for a great service yesterday!  And thank you Lindsay for
your eloquent email to the choir yesterday.

Your energy, talent and dedication really paid off--and it was much more
than just a service with some good music--it was a testament to the
strength of our community, with all of you at the core.    I so appreciate
each of you!

And particular thanks to all of our readers and soloists, and those who
helped develop the program and acted as a sounding board for particular
questions that arose.  It was truly a team effort!

The plan for the rest of the year (slightly different than is on that sheet
I handed out some time ago):
Only 3 rehearsals left!
*Thursday May 26th* (this week):  We will have a fairly informal
rehearsal--we can debrief some about Music Sunday, and pull out "Over the
Rainbow" again, as well as the piece we will do for June 12th.  Eliza won't
be with us, as she is accompanying for High School concerts.  If you
are feeling the need for a week off after the intense rehearsals of
the past couple of weeks, feel free to take this off.
*Thursday June 2nd:   *Regular rehearsal. We will work on Over the Rainbow,
again without Eliza.  Originally I had thought to maybe not have this
rehearsal since we are meeting on Saturday WITH Eliza, but it's so much
more helpful to have a complete rehearsal closer to the time we will be
performing.
*Saturday June 4th:  *Rehearse 10-11 with Eliza for Sunday's service.
followed by a potluck gathering.
*Sunday June 5th:  *Sing Over the Rainbow/Wonderful World at the service.
*Thursday June 9th:   *Our last rehearsal of the year!
*Sunday June 12th:  *SIng for the service.
