[Choir] This week and survey

Good Morning!

I hope you all had a great long weekend!

This week we will have our usual rehearsal on Thursday--without Eliza so
perhaps a little shorter than usual--and then a short rehearsal on Saturday
morning from 10-11 with Eliza to prepare for singing Over the Rainbow on
Sunday.  Call for Sunday will be 9:00--please be ready to sing at 9.

After rehearsal on Saturday we will have a potluck brunch gathering.  At
the bottom of this email is Lani's previous announcement about that.  Apart
from socializing, we will also have an opportunity for people to share
their thoughts about the music this year--what they liked and didn't, etc.

I have created a brief survey on this topic and a couple of related
questions.  If you have sung with us this year, please try to fill it out
before Saturday.  This can help both to remind people of what we sang, and
to jump start our conversation on Saturday.

Message about the potluck from Lani:
Please bring a brunch dish to share, your own plate, cup, and cutlery for
safety’s sake *as well as a chair if possible.*
*(I (Donia) think we could use the small dishwasher to wash cups, cutlery
etc afterwards if you do not bring your own.  Donia will bring plastic
plates.)*
Sue Stukey is bringing coffee.  All else is open for anyone to bring.
I (Lani) will be bringing a “brunch casserole” in a “hot carrier”.

This will be our opportunity to socialize before the choir year ends.
Please join us.

If folks want to chime in with what they plan to bring just reply-all to
this message.
