Dear Ginny and whole choir, thanks so much for your kind birthday wishes: for Verdis today 2/3, for me tomorrow 2/4, though I got here several decades ahead of him (age 73 vs. ?)!  Anyway, I’m lucky you have all welcomed me in your midst….Ginny, you have a well-honed talent for expressing love for all of us in myriad ways!  Brenda Bean

Yesterday I happened to be chatting with the sister-in-law of tomorrow's choir birthday girl. The sister-in-law went on and on about how deeply wonderful and amazingly nice our birthday girl is. I totally agree! Brenda Bean is one of the most kind and decent people I know! Too bad she left our soprano contingent and moved over to the altos, but lucky altos!!
