[Choir] apologies and planning for last minute notifications

Hi!

My apologies to those who showed up at the church last night.  I know the
final notice was kind of late.  I appreciate the effort you made to get to
the church and feel badly we weren't there.

I surprised myself in making that decision--which arose from me driving up
my hill just before 4 and things getting icy, and reports of widely and
quickly variable weather conditions.  Anyway...

I would hope we wouldn't have to make last minute calls like that again--I
know it's not good form-- but if so, it might be useful if anyone who
wanted a text notification could let me know (Thanks Ginny for the prod on
this!).  On Sunday we can have a sheet of paper for anyone who wants text
notifications to put their cell number on.  I can create a text group with
those numbers, and Lani can add them to our google doc choir list.   We'll
also have the list next Thursday for anyone who missed Sunday.  I can send
out both emails and texts in situations like that.

*See you all at 8:45 Sunday! * We will pull together how we will do Da
Pacem Cordium and probably rehearse Covenant a little, as we are doing it
the following week.
