This choral concert features music by composers of the African Diaspora, including anthems by Trevor Weston (contemporary American) and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor (English, 1875-1912), and mass settings by José Maurício Nunes Garcia (Brazilian, 1767-1830) and Florence Price (American, 1887-1953).
