[Choir] Last Sunday, Upcoming schedule/events

Hi everyone,

Another great offering last week, everyone!  You really came together with
an unconventional style of music for us and made it come alive!  And Diane
NAILED the opening!  This is from Paula Gills: *Please pass on to the choir
that their rendering of Sweet Honey's anthem to ancestors was vibrant,
joyful and soul-stirring!  *

This Thursday we have rehearsal as usual, from 5:30-7:15, with Christopher
McWilliams directing.  All of the Carol SIng music will be available, so
try to arrive early enough to pick it all up.  Christopher will teach the
rest of the Bach, run through Bridge Over Troubled Water, and introduce
some of the music for the carol sing!
There is no choir on Sunday October 29th.

Here is the schedule of out of ordinary events through the end of the
year:

Sat Nov 4th, 10-1.  Workshop with David Ruffin

Thanksgiving: No rehearsal;). Choir WILL sing at the Nov 26th service.

Dec 3rd:  No choir at UCM service (Verdis' ordination in Rochester)

Saturday Dec 9th, 10 am-12:  Combined choir rehearsal for the Carol Sing.
at UCM.

Saturday December 9th, *4:30* PM:  Community Carol Sing at UCM

Sunday December 24th:  The morning service will be the No Rehearsal
Christmas Pageant, with our usual Candlelight Service in the evening.
