I double-checked and as I suspected Mary Jean is no longer on this list--getting all of the emails was too much for her.   So she isn't getting these birthday greetings!  I can compile them all and send one email, unless someone might have time to compile them into a physical card and bring it to her home, which might be a more meaningful thing for her.     Her birthday is tomorrow.  Anyone?

August 10 is our sweet Mary Jean McElvey's birthday! For so long, Mary Jean's very lovely soprano voice gave depth and beauty to our anthems, especially those with particularly high notes! She has always been kind, wise and understanding -- qualities that served us all well when she was a pillar of the Worship and Arts committee and a Worship Associate. 
We don't get to see Mary Jean very much anymore, so it was a real treat when she came to our choir picnic in June! Let's make sure her birthday is a real treat for her, with loads of birthday love!
