[Choir] Info for this week through Christmas

 Donia thank YOU so much for the beautiful concert yesterday. It was such a joy to sing with the blended choir, and then with all the voices in the church raised as one, So important, too. Thank goodness for music and music leaders!!
I wish all of you peaceful and loving holidays. I am about to head south for my family's traditional Christmas at the beach celebration. See you all next year!

Here is the plan for the rest of this year.
Yes, we have a rehearsal as usual this Thursday.  We will practice music for the Xmas eve service, as well as a simple piece for Sunday's service.
Dec 22nd service.  We will sing a simple solstice song.  It is one I wrote during the pandemic and made a video for (remember those days...ugh...). You can find it on our Choir Information page
Monday Dec 23rd:  Extra Rehearsal for Xmas eve 6-7 pmThis is necessary since we won't have had much rehearsal time on the new piece--the Pinkzebra Silent Night arrangement-- and especially because we will have very limited time for rehearsal before the service on the 24th.
December 24th Candlelight service:  6:30 PMChoir rehearsal 5:30-6:00.    Joan will be providing the choir some light fare at 6:00.  
No Rehearsal Dec 26th.
December 29th service:  NO CHOIR!
We WILL rehearse on Thursday January 2nd and sing at the Jan 5th service.  Something easy and/or already familiar TBD
