Good Morning!

You all sounded really nice yesterday, despite and in between the stops and
starts and timing issues. And most importantly were smiling through it
all! And many thanks again to Joan for pitching in at the last minute. We
won't let a solar storm get us down!

This week we will have regular rehearsal Thursday, which might run a little
longer, until 7:30. We will go through all 6 of our songs:

Hope for the World
Earth Song
Sing Unto the Sky
Water Buries, Too
Great Trees
The Crow Calls

I am hoping that those singing the Penobscot Water Song and Lost Words
Blessing could stay for a short while afterwards.

**Saturday morning we will have dress rehearsal from 9-11 AM.**

The Corporate Cup race will also be going on in Montpelier Thursday
evening. It shouldn't affect us as road closures don't begin until 5:30
(as long as you're on time;)). Although there will likely be more traffic
in town before then. Here is the road info:

*The following streets will be directly affected:*

*State Street (between Taylor Street and Bailey Avenue) will be closed from
5:30 PM until approximately 7:15 PM, State Street will then be closed
temporarily at Elm Street once the race is underway.*

*Bailey Avenue will experience a short closure at the beginning of the
race, traffic will then be reduced to two lanes with cones and markings.*

*Memorial Drive will have one west bound lane closed from Taylor Street to
Bailey Avenue*

*Taylor Street will be closed once the race begins.*

*Winter Street, Summer Street, Pearl Street, Spring Street, Elm Street and
Baldwin Street will be impacted by the running route.*

See you Thursday!
