[Choir] redo Music Sunday program as church fundraiser--please reply!!

I’m game, but I don’t have my calendar with me out here in windy San Francisco. Donia, if you want to look at the calendar on the fridge and any dates that are clear, for the rehearsal and the performance, are good with me.

Hello!

Many of you last night were interested in the idea of us redoing the music sunday program as a church fundraiser.  Joan likes the idea very much and thinks they could find people besides us to do the publicity/organizing.

We will only do it if almost all of you who participated in the service are interested and available.

Following are 5 possible dates as I see it based on what we know. so far  Please reply (just to me, not reply all) if you would be available and willing on any of these days, along with any other pertinent info about your availability for rehearsals.  If we did it for the June date we could manage with just the one rehearsal.  If we did it in mid July we would probably want two rehearsals to get us re-acclimated to the music.  If these don't work we could consider next fall, or not.

Friday June 14th evening (evening before gospel choir concerts).  We would rehearse on Thursday the 13th (instead of the party we talked about)

Thursday July 11 evening
Friday July 12th evening
Saturday July 13th evening
Sunday July 14th late afternoon or evening
