[Choir] December schedule and input requested

Hello all!

The most crunchy month of the year is upon us!     Below I outline our
schedule for the month, and also request your input.   We are planning the
Xmas eve service and I would like to include 2 pieces for the choir that we
won't have already rehearsed for the Carol SIng.  This is where I need your
input.   Because of the needs of the Carol sing and timing of how the
holidays lay out, I fear we might not have enough rehearsal time to
adequately prepare 2 additional pieces for Xmas eve.   Neither are
difficult, but we would need more than one full rehearsal in order to feel
comfortable.
We will plan on fully utilizing our Thursday evenings, likely going until
7:30 for the month of December, so it MIGHT not be necessary.  But before
programming this music I want to be sure we can do it.   Here is a link to
a survey asking if you are able and willing to do an extra rehearsal on
Monday Dec 23rd.

Here is the schedule:  Note there will be no choir on the Dec 22nd nor the
Dec 29th service, so there will be some time off as well.

Dec 1st service:   No Choir

Dec 5th:  Usual rehearsal, somewhat extended 5:30-7:30

Dec 8th service:  Singing Unfallen World

Dec 12th:  Usual rehearsal, somewhat extended 5:30-7:30

Dec 15th service (No Rehearsal Xmas Pageant):   Singing Milford-, one of
the pieces for the Carol Sing...*(-if it is too much for anyone to do this
as well as the afternoon carol sing you could conceivably skip the service
as we could do this piece with a smaller group)*

Dec 15th Community Carol Sing at 4:30.  Rehearsal at 3:00

Dec 19th:  Usual rehearsal

Dec 22nd service:  No Choir

Dec 23rd:  PROPOSED ADDITIONAL REHEARSAL AS NEEDED.

Dec 24th Candlelight Service:   6:30 PM, call at 5:30. (*can't make the
rehearsal longer/earlier because of the 4:30 family service.)*

Dec 26th:  No rehearsal

Dec 29th service: No choir

Thanks for your input!    We can discuss after the holidays whether in the
future the Community Carol Sing with combined choir is worth the extra
rehearsal time needed!
