[Choir] various things

Hello all!

A couple of things, to announce and clarify as there have been questions.

First, our rehearsals may go until 7:30 for the next 2 weeks as we
prepare for Music Sunday.  If we find we don't need it or reach a point
where we are too tired to be productive, we won't, but be prepared for that
possibility.  I'll try to incorporate a stretch break--remind me if I
forget!

We will NOT be singing Dirait-on for this program, but will probably sing
it for the May 25th service.

The choir is not singing at this Sunday's service, the 27th.  However, the
solidarity singers will be singing the postlude and you all are welcome to
join in.  They will be meeting at the church at 9:00 am Sunday to practice,
and will be singing this song:

Finally, there is going to be a May Day protest scheduled for the last
Thursday evening before Music Sunday!   I know it is important for many of
us  to be able to attend these rallies, but I have word from Ginny that
this will NOT be THE BIG ONE, and we both feel that our rehearsal will need
to take precedence that day.  Anyway, as we get closer we'll have a better
idea of the timing. .  There also might be an issue with parking .  So stay
tuned!
