[Coc] One last Stewardship request

Hi all,

As I reported at the Committee of Chairs meeting, we have surpassed our
pledge goal for the first time in known history! There's just one last
task: sending thank you letters.

I am looking for a few volunteers to come to my house (37 Liberty) on
Monday at 7:30pm for a mailing party! We'll need to fold thank you letters,
affix labels and stamps, and seal envelopes. The more volunteers, the
faster we'll get through it. Mary Margaret's famous cookies will be on
offer.

Please let me know if you can make it.

Hi Dan,

The thank you letters and address labels are printed, and Sam and Becky
have counted out envelopes and postage. The staff could use help with the
actual assembly and mailing. (I wasn't totally clear on that with Sam
earlier.)

Would you be able to gather a few people to help with that? I know Scott
had indicated he was willing to help with that sort of thing. Or, I can
reach out to a few people if you're not able to.
