[Coc] Suggested Process for Dealing with Difficult Behaviors

Hi all,
Attached is a new Appendix A that the Safety Committee and Executive Team are adding to UCM's Disruptive Behavior Policy. The revised policy including the Appendix will be posted on the website shortly. This appendix is being sent to you for distribution to anyone with a need to know, such as the members of your committees. Ushers and Community Lunch volunteers will also receive copies.
The document was developed in response to questions and concerns expressed by various church members and friends who deal with the public. Let me know if you have questions about it.
