[Coc] Fall Activities Fair on Nov. 4th - RSVP needed

This email is intended to reach the Committee Chairs of UCM. In some cases
you are receiving it based upon your previously being the chair of a
committee. If you are no longer a chair or on the Committee I ask that you
forward the email, copying me, to the person you think could best address
this request.

A Fall Activities Fair has been scheduled for the coffee hours on Sunday
November 4th. This Fair gives attendees an opportunity to receive
information about the Committee’s work and hopefully sign up to join or
help out the Committee. In order to support the Fair you’d need to:
A. Reply to me, Phil Morse (please do not "reply to all"), that you have
received the email and will support the Fair.
B. Arrange for a member of the Committee to staff your table at the Fair
during the coffee hours.
C. Follow up with attendees if they sign up expressing interest.
D. A suggestion is that you provide a food treat for your table.

I’ll provide a small table, a sign identifying your Committee, and a sign
up sheet.
