Dear Charlotte and Committee Chairs and Leaders,
First of all, thank you to Charlotte, the Board, and the Stewardship
Committee for all of your hard work to put together this unique and
creative fall fundraiser on October 21st!
I just emailed Charlotte to let her know that I am donating two "gifts of
love" to the raffle:
*The first is a sermon sometime this church year dedicated to a quote,
question, or reading of the person's choosing. We will agree together on
the date, and I will buy the winner a cup of tea or coffee, so we can talk
about the sermon together to plan it.*
*The second gift will be a "self-care basket" with a small chalice, tea
lights, soothing tea, a small meditation book, and maybe a few other items.*
I hope that you will consider what you can offer as a "gift of love" for
the celebration and also make a financial donation that feels generous to
you to support our current operating budget for the 2018-2019 church year.
With much love and appreciation,
Joan
