[Coc] The Wraps Come Off...6 PM Tuesday

Hello Friends and Fellow Committee Chairs,

Come this Tuesday at 6 PM to the Committee of Chairs meeting to watch the wraps come off the proposed new church building designs. The Board wants you to be the first church group to see what the Growth and Facilities Task Force has been working on this past year. Black River Design’s John Himmelgarn and Jesse Remick will be making the presentation and explaining just how things might work.

Since the CoC session (like almost all church meetings) is an open meeting, the Board will be inviting other interested church members and friends to sit in and learn directly from the architects what is being proposed. There will certainly be many other opportunities this fall to learn about the proposal and examine the plans but this is the first such session and promises to be interesting and exciting.

Note: We will start promptly at 6 PM and end at or before 8 PM.
