[CoC] Brief End-of-Year Report Requested for Annual Report

Hello, Committee Leaders,

I hope this note finds you reasonably well on this rainy Monday. It was so
wonderful seeing so many of you at the recent Committee of Chairs meeting.
As was mentioned during that meeting, the Executive Team would appreciate
having from each of your committees a *brief* report to include in this
year's Annual Report.

We all know that the direction of the church year and scope of "regular"
church activities changed quite dramatically in mid-March. We still want to
recognize the wonderful ministry that has taken place since the start of
our church year in September. So, as usual, we will be including
end-of-year reports in the Church Annual Report to be shared before the May
24th Annual Meeting.

Please feel free to keep this report briefer than usual. Even just a
paragraph summary would suffice. Anything in the range of 250-500 words (or
less) would be appreciated.

You can simply include your report in the body of the email or include it
