[CoC] November Committee of Chairs meeting Rescheduled to Tuesday, November 17, 6:30-=830 pm

Dear UCM leaders,

Please mark your calendars for November 17, 630-830, for a Zoom meeting of
the Committee of Chairs. Originally scheduled for November 10, the meeting
has been changed due to unforeseen circumstances.

This will be a time for church leaders to gather and discuss our concerns
and plans for this year of virtual church services. Scott Hess will give a
brief report on the work of the Covid-19 Task Force guidelines for use of
our church building during this time.

Next week meeting organizers will send you a brief survey about your
experience with virtual technology. We will discuss survey results at our
gathering on November 17.

 Additionally, please respond to this email with specific agenda items of
concern to your committee or group.

Looking forward to seeing everyone who can make the meeting on November 17,
starting at 630. You will receive a Zoom invitation shortly before that
Tuesday.
