[CoC] UCM Committee Annual Reports Due

Hello UCM Committee, Team, Task Force Chairs,

This is a reminder that your annual report covering your committee’s work is now due.  To date, I’ve received reports from the following groups:

Lay Pastoral Care Team
Women’s Alliance
Welcoming Congregation
Property Committee
Membership Committee
Holiday Fair
Monday Community Lunch
UCM COVID-19 Task Force
UCM Climate Action

We’re looking to hear from you if you haven’t sent in your report.  This is your opportunity to think about your committee’s accomplishments and hopes and to share those with the congregation in the 2021 Annual Report. We are looking for a narrative summary of your committee’s activities from July 1, 2020 to the present.  It can run up to 500 words  (though it can certainly be briefer) and it should contain the work your team or committee has performed, any new initiatives, and the successes and challenges you’ve faced in this most unusual year..  We all want to hear from you!

Please fill out the form reflecting on the end statements which serve as a monitoring report for the Executive Team. The statements enable you to think about your committee’s efforts in relation to our UCM Mission.
