[CoC] Upcoming Church Year!

Dear Committee of Chairs,

Hello and Happy Summer!

I hope you're all doing well -- I wanted to check in with you all, to ask
if you are all on board for serving in your committee roles this coming
2021-22 Church Year? If so -- thank you!

If you are planning to step down, could you please let me know, and also
let me know your plans for a leadership transition, so that I can begin
sending these messages to a new contact on your committee?

If your committee has not been meeting during the pandemic, and/or is not
currently meeting, and/or will not currently be meeting this coming church
year, I hope you will consider re-activating -- I would be thrilled to meet
with you to discuss options for meeting virtually over Zoom;
outdoors/socially-distanced in-person; and/or to share ideas and
suggestions for supporting the important work you do!

Another question/offer I have for you all is this -- if you have any
interest (and of course time!), we are very much in need of help, as we
begin this new Church Year, on our Worship & Arts Committee, and we are
very much in need of additional Worship Associates! If you have any
interest this Church Year in serving in either or both of these roles,
please contact Verdis (ucm.ministryintern at gmail.com).

Please also watch for an email coming soon with info about our first
Committee of Chairs Meeting, which will be held in October,
