[CoC] A Week of Rest and Renewal / Preparing for the New Year

Hello, UCM committee chairs and leaders,

>From December 27, 2021 through January 2, 2022, all are encouraged to join
our staff in a period of rest and renewal.

During this time, you may wish to engage in deeper reflection and
preparation for the new year ahead. I have put together the following
