[CoC] February 9 CoC Meeting

Dear Committee of Chairs Leaders & Volunteers,

Hello! Thank you all for everything you've been doing so far this Church
Year to keep UCM active and connected. We had our last CoC Meeting in
November, so it is coming up on time for our next quarterly meeting!

If you are available to help facilitate this meeting, please reach out to
the Executive Team (Claudia Clark (vtckclark50 at gmail.com); Dawn Evans (
dawnmillerevans at gmail.com); Rev. Joan (ucm.revjoan at gmail.com); and Leslie
Parr (lparr at uvm.edu)) to let them know, so you can work together on
creating an Agenda.

Please *Save the Date* for this upcoming *CoC meeting -- Tuesday, February
9, 2021 -- from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.*, which will include: 90-second updates
about what your committee/team/task force has been working on; updates from
the Staff, Board, and Executive Team; and -- a key item of importance this
time of year -- discussion about draft budget preparations for the 2021-22
Church Year!

Thanks again and I'm looking forward to all of us getting together
(virtually) again soon,
