[CoC] Tuesday evening: The end of committees? What does equitable and sustainable leadership look like now?

Hello, Committee of Chairs,

Greetings on this rainy Saturday �� I hope to see you this Tuesday evening
for a *special* Committee of Chairs meeting with Erica Baron,
Congregational Consultant for the New England Region UUA. Erica will lead a
program called "*The end of committees? What does equitable and sustainable
leadership look like now?*" Erica will talk with us about what we are
observing about leadership and leadership development these days and what
might be emerging with these practices in our congregation and in other
faith-based communities.

It is sure to be a rich discussion. Please pass along the invitation to
