[CoC] FYI--UUA "Welcoming Neurodivergent People: Skill Up"

Hi, all,

I recently learned about a partnership between the UUA and UU Ministers
Association on neurodivergence, neurotypicality, and ableism.

We don't currently have an active Accessibility Committee to raise these
issues, so I thought I'd go ahead and send along this resource and suggest
that you set aside some time to look into the training and review the first
recorded interview (about an hour and fifteen minutes long).
